1. Controller & scope

ADVIPHA Alliances GmbH is responsible for the processing of personal data described here within its area of responsibility. You can contact us about data protection at the address below.

ADVIPHA Alliances GmbH
Konrad-Zuse-Platz 8
81829 München
Germany

This notice covers the public ADVIPHA website and enquiries made through its contact options. It does not cover separate applications or websites reached through external links.

2. Access & hosting

When you access a page or download a file, your browser sends technical data, including your IP address, requested resource, access time and browser information, to the hosting infrastructure. These data are necessary to deliver the website and protect its operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a reliable and secure website.

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS provides the technical infrastructure and processes the access data needed for hosting.

IONOS Webhosting data processing ↗IONOS WebAnalytics data processing ↗

According to IONOS, Webhosting visitor records contain the page or file requested, access time, referrer, browser, operating system, device type and anonymised IP address. IONOS states that visitor data are retained for eight weeks and are not transferred outside the EU.

IONOS describes WebAnalytics as part of its standard hosting configuration: statistical analysis and technical optimisation without cookies, with IP addresses anonymised after transmission. Where personal data are processed for this purpose, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the website.

3. Language preference & cookies

English, German and French have separate page addresses. Selecting EN, DE or FR changes the language and the page address; internal links keep the selected language.

The website code does not read or write cookies or local browser storage for language selection.

The ADVIPHA page code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. No account or sign-in is required. Hosting and the provider’s statistical processing are described in section 2.

4. Enquiries & email drafts

The enquiry tools prepare an email draft in your browser from the details you enter, such as company, products, quantities, destination country and project requirements. Preparing the draft does not submit the entries to an ADVIPHA server or send an email. The website code does not save enquiry entries in local storage or a database. Your browser may retain form entries through its own autofill or session-restore features.

“Open email application” passes the prepared text to your chosen email application. “Copy text” writes the draft to your clipboard only when you activate that button. ADVIPHA receives the enquiry after you send it through your email service. Your email and clipboard applications may store the text according to their own settings.

When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details, message contents and correspondence needed to respond and deal with your request. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if the enquiry concerns a contract with you or steps at your request before entering into one. For other enquiries, including contacts acting for a company, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and maintaining business relationships.

Providing enquiry details is voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to prepare a useful draft; without the information needed for your request, we may be unable to process it. You can also contact us directly using the details above.

5. Recipients & retention

Access to enquiries is limited to the people at ADVIPHA who need the information to handle them, and the IT and email service providers involved in delivery, operation and support where necessary. Disclosures to authorities take place where a legal obligation requires them. The website does not automatically forward enquiry contents to suppliers or logistics partners.

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. Where commercial, tax or other statutory retention obligations apply, the relevant records are retained for the applicable period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Where records are necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, retention is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the applicable limitation periods. We then delete the data when no further retention ground applies. The hosting records mentioned in section 2 are assessed separately.

6. External links & website features

This website uses system fonts. Images, scripts and the available PDF documents are served from this website. The ADVIPHA pages do not embed additional analytics scripts, advertising pixels, external maps, videos, social-media plugins or a newsletter registration. Hosting statistics are described in section 2. The enquiry tools do not perform profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Links to external websites, including Hellange Gloves, authorities and hosting information, take you to the respective provider when selected. That provider is responsible for data processing on its website. Its privacy information applies to your use of that site.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.

Right to object: Where we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. We will then stop that processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed for legal claims. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time without giving reasons.

To exercise your rights, contact: info@advipha.com

8. Complaints & updates

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for private-sector organisations in Bavaria is:

Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)
Promenade 18
91522 Ansbach

We update this notice when the website’s functions or the relevant processing arrangements change. The hosting section will also be revised if the hosting provider or configuration changes.
