LEGAL NOTICE & PRIVACY POLICY

1. Content of the Online Offer
ADVIPHA assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the up-to-dateness, correctness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author for damages of any kind, whether material or otherwise, that may occur through the use or non-use of the information provided and/or the use of false or incomplete information are excluded on principle unless it is provable that said damages are caused by malicious intent or gross negligence on the part of ADVIPHA. All offers are non-binding and subject to availability. ADVIPHA explicitly reserves the right to change, expand or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer or to completely discontinue the publication finally or temporarily without issuing any separate, prior announcement of same.

2. References and Links
In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party internet pages ("Links") which are beyond ADVIPHA's field of responsibility, any liability obligation would exclusively arise in the event that the author were aware of the contents and had the technical possibilities to prevent the use of said contents and that he could be reasonably expected to take such action to prevent the use of any such contents that may be in contravention of existing law. ADVIPHA explicitly declares, therefore, that at the time of inserting the links, the corresponding pages contained no illegal contents. ADVIPHA has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design and contents of the pages linked or referred to. For this reason, therefore, he explicitly distances himself from the contents of all pages linked or referred to that have been changed after inserting said links. This declaration applies to all links and references as well as third party entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists contained in ADVIPHA's own internet offer. For illegal, erroneous or incomplete contents, in particular for damages ensuing from the use or non-use of information presented in this way, the originator of the respective page to which reference is made is solely responsible, not the person who refers to the relevant publication by way of links.

3. Copyright and Trademark Law
All registered trademarks and brand names of third parties that may be contained in the internet offer are subject, without restriction, to the respective, currently valid regulations concerning trade mark protection and rights of title of the respective registered owner. The mere mentioning of trade marks and brand names does not warrant the conclusion that said trade marks are not protected by third party rights! The author of the pages retains sole copyright for objects created and published by the author himself. The duplication or utilisation of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is impermissible without the explicit consent of the author.

4. Privacy Policy

ADVIPHA takes data protection very seriously and wants to ensure that the privacy of its customers/suppliers is protected. For this reason, ADVIPHA has created a data protection declaration to inform customers/suppliers of how ADVIPHA handles their personal data. ADVIPHA reserves the right to periodically amend the content of this privacy policy. It is therefore recommended to periodically revisit this privacy policy.

Always keep your access information confidential and close the browser window when you have finished communicating with us, especially if you share the computer with others.

g) Use of Data for Marketing Purposes/Newsletter Distribution/Consent

The customer agrees that ADVIPHA may process and use personal data (name, gender, address, postal code) for marketing purposes, including sending emails with general information or those of an advertising nature (newsletter).

You may revoke this consent at any time. In addition, you may object to such use if we have used your data within the scope of what is permitted by law, for example, for postal marketing campaigns. In both cases, please send an email to info@advipha.com.

With regards to newsletter distribution, ADVIPHA may use personal data to create pseudonymized user profiles for market research purposes, advertising, or to adapt the newsletter design to customer requirements. You may object to this use at any time by means of an informal communication via mail, fax, or by sending an email to: info@advipha.com. Each newsletter contains a subscription link with the option to unsubscribe.

In addition, ADVIPHA may collect, process, and use address data and order information for its own marketing purposes. You may revoke permission to use, process, and transmit your personal data for marketing purposes at any time by means of informal communication by mail, fax, or by sending an email to info@advipha.com.

We collect and use the information you provide to us in the contact form to complete your request.

h) Data Storage

Under the Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to be provided with information free of charge relating to your stored data as well as a right to correction, block, or delete this data. Please notify us immediately of any changes to your data. Please send any questions, complaints, or suggestions by sending an email to info@advipha.com.
